1. Parties
The service provider’s current trade/legal information is displayed in the company information section on this page. Customer information is the information provided during the relevant request, booking or payment step.
2. Subject
The agreement concerns the provision of the yacht charter, tour or related event service selected electronically by the customer according to the essential characteristics, date, number of guests, price, currency and service scope disclosed before the transaction.
3. Price and payment
The applicable total price and currency are shown before the transaction. Where eligible, iyzico’s hosted payment page may be used. Sending a tour request through WhatsApp does not by itself create a payment or confirmed booking.
4. Performance and confirmation
Yacht/tour availability, weather and sea conditions, departure point, route and additional services may be separately confirmed by the operations team. Final transaction details are communicated to the customer in writing or electronically.
5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refund
General statutory consumer rights remain reserved. However, under Turkish distance-contract rules, leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period are among the regulated exceptions to the right of withdrawal. The nature of the purchased service and the specific cancellation/refund conditions disclosed before the transaction must therefore be assessed together.
6. Force majeure and operating conditions
Weather/sea conditions affecting safety, official restrictions or circumstances preventing safe performance may require a change to route, time, date or service plan. If no alternative solution is possible, refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law and the transaction terms.
7. Disputes and applications
The customer’s rights under applicable consumer law remain reserved, including applications to competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts subject to the applicable monetary and jurisdictional rules.
8. Transaction-specific documents
This text is a general framework. Pre-contract information, price, service scope, cancellation terms and electronic confirmations specific to an order/booking form an integral part of the agreement and govern the specific transaction.
